At Perfume Store, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the original, unopened perfume bottle in its protective packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance to ensure the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
